Your credit or top up balance is used to make calls, access data, send messages and to use other Digicel services. To understand why your credit is running out, consider checking the following:
Expiry of bundles (SMS, Voice or Data)
Subscriptions Service (Caller Ringback Tone, Newcomm Messages, Credit on Loan)
You can check the last few transactions for any of the services to see where your credit has been used with our My Digicel App. Note that there is a 24-hour delay in the transactions that are reflected on the MyDigicel app.
